better.An earthy green (with perhaps a beige base) could also work ... as could a red{rest}-brown.A "pure" white would be too much of a contrast and a "French Vanilla" not enough.

IMO sliding glass doors are a bit passe', I almost always replace them with "french door" about $400 or less. 100 square feet is pretty small for a deck, are you sure it's worth the effort to do it?

You eed to get the water run off away from the house.I suggest yougt gutters ASAP or a french drain system to keep water away. :)
