You can't even change a lightbulb.You or your family can't use or live in the property.You can't sell a portion of a property like you can sell portions of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.

My bonds will never give me so much and then the ADU will increase its value in the LA market....

Ohio is a lengthy foreclosure state and many fees not recoverable0% interest and they don’t pay then you are losing money every month as they have no incentive to payLastly having it at 0% and over priced from its value means if they don’t get a tenant then they just walk away as property is so upside down.If it was me as a seller these are awful terms as a seller.  

They want a bond. 

Side note, and not what you're asking...I'd make sure you get a termite bond on the house.

Don't buy the song and dance "our word is our bond" or "we're deacons of our church". 

I though the benefit of having this membership structure was to cancel the subscription (eviction) without have the traditional lengthy process.
