Does anyone have recommendations for HELOC lenders?

., On behalf of all the lenders on here that work with investors...we pretty much all do 30-year DSCR loans. 

If it's $100,000.00 why not 100,000 lenders with $1 each?   

In fact, some lenders add back repairs that are "one time" repairs.

DSCR lenders will go as low as 75k for a loan but it must be a $100-$100k property depending on your credit. 

Find a great, local lender who knows the VA program inside and out.

Most, if not all DSCR lenders require first and sole lien position with their refinances.
