I'm very interested in notes lately and might start with the PPR fund.

You can certainly find a property for cash flow that may also bring you a strong return on that investment.

Sure don't do the renovation, I only do renovations that project a return of 2x the cost of the renovation.

Syndicators do this because most passive investors are not sophisticated enough to realize the "security" of the preferred return means they usually are giving up the potential for massive returns if the deal does well.This next comment would apply for all syndication.
