His comment on costs was $4k-$6k but I have no idea what that includes and I think it was a guess having no foreclosure experience in AL.Do you have any good web sites I can read about the process or anything else not immediately obvious?

HUD publishes the Median Fair Market Rent on their web site for the entire country.

I am trying to purchase a few properties in bank foreclosures and looking for an affordable way to do a title search.

I have found the trick with banks to be that they will all only tell you what’s possible at their bank and not what’s possible in banking.

Trade school for plumbing is 2-4yrs, I'm not gonna take you from 0 knowledge to full comprehension on a web forum. 

The requirements are:1 - You must be personable and have the ability to answer questions with more than one word answers.2 - You must have high-speed internet of at least 15 mb/s (preferably 20mb+)3 - You must have a web camera (we record audio and video for all shows) and we do require a decent microphone.

No experience with Fairmount, but after a quick web search, they don't look any different than any other DSCR lender... which means they aren't special.Are you working with a broker?
