Imagine how much 36,000 active duty soldiers and their kit costs?

I imagine cost of labor might be a little bit cheaper in Idaho compared to Connecticut as we ended up paying 10k for gas furnace and 5k for AC with 10 yr warranty for Lennox product.  

I'm curious about this particular scenario because I'm imagining it as a way where all 3 parties (in this case) can get something out of the deal.
