I get the feeling Quest is resigning because there is not enough fee income to be made from me, so I'm being dumped.

But, I don’t think that should be a very high bar for you especially if you are already studying and researching this at 18 years old and you don’t plan to buy anything until 2-3 years from now at the earliest.

I have already thought about the point you mentioned about some prospective tenants not being fond of the fact that both floors aren't available but until I get back to AZ which could be awhile I need it for storage.  

My mortgage should be about $2,100 after I get PMI eliminated and I was going to rent it to a friend that I have known since high school for $2,000 a month.

However when it publishes to websites for marketing it isn’t obvious that I’m renting rooms not an entire house so I get a lot of dead leads.

I get the hold for life mentality too.
