Account Closed You're in an awkward situation.

Thanks all for helping out as much as you did.Interestingly enough, I bumped into the owners and we had a somewhat awkward chat, looks like they're going to put the house not the market in the Spring--citing they wanted to do some additional repairs before testing the market.

The one I went to last week was a meeting of about 60 people and it was almost awkward at first because no one was that acquainted and they all made small talk about their different investments before an experienced investor gave us a small presentation on how to best run your LLC to protect yourself and your assets (didn't plug or ask for anything more afterward and even gave us a checklist for things to make sure you've accomplished for your LLC).

This will avoid the awkward moment when they ask what you want, and you say "umm... an investment property rehab?"

If he declines, then hopefully that means I liked one of the other PMs enough to sign with them, and if that makes things awkward for him as the agent then so be it (I do think he's a good agent though).

If you don't know what work needs to be done, it can make for a very awkward moment!

Both of them were in somewhat awkward spots in the 2nd floor bathroom area.

I thought it would be myself and maybe 5 other sitting in a awkward circle. 

So ensure that you get the criteria from the lender so that you can avoid awkward situations like when you ask your family friend for their last 3 years of tax returns.   

The trouble we've found with established or as you call them "stable" tenants is that they feel as though they have more ownership of the building than you do - it's a funny, unbalanced power dynamic that's just awkward.
