Hi folks -  I am looking for a commercial agent to work with in the Fox Valley area (Brown/ Outagamie & maybe upper Winnebago Counties).I'm now starting the hunt for a small mixed-use commercial or multifamily that will meet the next phase of my RE goals.Anyone out there who has done a similar purchase recently and who can make a recommendation?

@Kevin Fox, I have a property in north county (Vista) I purchased in 2009 that has gained a large amount of equity, though in  9 years the rental comps have not shown any significant rental increase. 

Metrolina REIA http://metrolinareia.org/ has a lake Norman group on last Thursday of month  at Fox and Hound Northlake ,  6:00 pm.

I'm transitioning my focus to the Fox Valley area and always open to meeting new investors like myself.

@Kevin Fox the city council is voting Monday to eliminate Development and Impact fees, which will make this 8-20K cheaper to permit.
