What would you say is a best way to get exposure into multi-family investing?

Maybe considering some mix of index funds and other investment vehicles outside of real estate could give you more broad financial exposure and diversification.

Insurance premium determinations  are more localized where the carriers price perceived risks into their desire to have market exposure (if at all) and how to price that exposure. 

At the end of the day, these carriers are insuring based on risk profile and they are carefully reviewing real time data that tells them whether its a market they want exposure in and how to price that exposure. 

This is kind of implied in the other points, but talk to an attorney and know what legal exposure you might be looking at.

Traditional route could have more exposure to the market and could potentially sell for a higher price, however there's a premium service that needs to be paid to the agents.

If more investors spend a fraction of the time and energy spent worrying about asset protection and do the things on a daily basis that prevents liability exposure, plaintiffs attorneys won’t eat as well. 

No stock screenings, no work, set it and forget it, exposure to a broad range of good companies and different sectors of economy. 

My question is....Is it worth it to setup a second platform like VRBO or another platform that Google partners with so I can get the exposure via Google maps search?
