So this is more than a canned tool to ask certain questions, and more than a web scraper, this is a intelligent AI based prospecting tool for real estate leads.

This will primarily effect tenant's sales and your ability to re-lease when tenant moves out.You have building risk: primarily, how easy will it be to re-tenant if your tenant goes dark or leaves.  

The only thing is that it still doesn't have a working investor portal that I have been waiting for over a year.... you know these days for investors a web portal is becoming a very basic thing. but well, with or without it, I think I have very good faith about PPR by now.
