He might be able to add some color. 

I’m sure I’m not the only one looking down the barrel these days…Open to any advice…thank you.First of all, don’t beat yourself up psychologically.  

They were painted different colors so I did mine individually when needed.

On our pool they can turn pool lights on or off and change colors with the same switch. 5 second learning curve, no inquiries or tutorials required from me. 

I normally choose a darker color to hide dirt better.

(I MUST HAVE INSPECTED WITH ROSE COLORED GLASSES THAT DAY!)  

Not to mention the mental affect this has on making ordinary people feel small, which is a type of mental manipulation that plays into these stocks just like the fantastical metal psychology behind pumping up these fraudulent numbers based off of hype.

Same with flooring/paint - stuff where the color/material matters essentially. 

I was lucky enough to find a property just a few blocks from my TK purchase that was in excellent condition, fully tenanted with two units, passed the inspection with flying colors and is grossing close to the 2% rule.

There is a psychology behind the "wanting it" and I think that is what some of these scum bags pick up on in selling their courses and their whatever.
