In my experience, the big money guy will want to start offering input on how the framers lay out the rooms, the color of the stucco, etc...then his ideas get rejected and it all starts to go downhill.....

Shouldn't need to add that color,  but clearly do.Lots of little variables, regardless, unless you hit home runs in Indianapolis you aren't performing better than the average Vegas, Phoenix portfolio.You've hit home runs, good for you.

I realize life does not always follow the ideal calendar.I do not mind bright colors (orange, purple, 2 different blues), but some buyers do.not that it is effecting the sale, but some of your solar panels are in the shade of the big tree.if you are a motivated seller I would lower asking price to $899k in no more than 10 days.

Then all you really need is the name/color of the grout you used, and the same size tub, and reinstall.
