How many folks with complicated entity structures sign contracts containing broad obligations to indemnify and hold harmless don’t even read the language because “it is standard”.

Which is why there are more Chinese people parking their capital here than the other way around, and same goes for Russians with Western Europe.

I think @Dana Whicker and @Anthony Wick hit that exactly in the nose.I constantly find people are not speaking the same language about the same things on either side of the gun control debate.

. - Finding a Good Team: Since there is a language barrier in place it was much harder to communicate with any cleaning companies/property managers we found.

Multiple reasons why - high turnover, language barrier, individuals not representative of your brand, etc.
