So for 2023 I’m not sure if I’m going to try to beat 2022, match 2022, are simply try to catch my breath from 2022.

But in the same breath, having underwritten what must be thousands of deals now and learning to think like and underwriter, some of it eventually starts to make sense.  

We held our breath to see if any shenanigans would happen during the contract period but everything went smooth and we closed yesterday!
