I think there's a bubble in blockchain and its utility is massively overrated.

This isn't just a greedy desire to see their remaining holdings increase in value, but validation of the reasons why they supported Bitcoin or other crypto/blockchain projects in the first place.You might want to look into accepting contributions in a stablecoin like USDC. 

If there was a platform in which you could issue blockchain tokens (Ethereum, Cardano, Matic, etc), with basic functionality for distributing revenue to investors (cashflow split, time based payouts, and sale profit based on a personal stake in a project) programmed into it. would you use it as a means to raise capital for a real estate purchase?

I believe in blockchain tech and think it’s the future. with that, I’m regretting not buying the dip and I won’t let that happen again.
