@David Pham in general if I have a question about the voucher, I email the listed caseworker or whoever the applicant tells me their caseworker is (if it’s not listed- it usually is of course).Caseworker emails are listed on the HA websites.I have seen some vouchers lacking info probably due to caseworker oversight, yes.
