one of my partners bought two of these in 2012 ish I think at the bottom of the cycle for just over 100k each 4 plex they were wrecks he put about 60k into each.. and the cash flow or cash Faux was so spuratic he just donated them to his foundation.. now not every one has a foundation like he does .. but he did much better on the 150 to 170k SFR's he bought at the time.. they doubled and the tenants actually paid.. this is rough stuff so got to be careful..

The awning fabric was wrecked, but was surprisingly easy and cheap to replace.I'd really consider doing some sort of cabins, though, rather than RVs.

Hey Mason,Buenos Aires is a beautiful city indeed but the best advice I can give you is to be careful about being sold a dream and risk the money of people you don't know to realize it (by the way there are legal constraints in doing that).Argentina used to be the third richest country in the world and the politicians wrecked everything to the point it's almost as bad as Venezuela.

If/when you have to move out, either a) rent the cheapest thing you can and continue to get your debt paid off, or b) buy a wreck of a duplex with an FHA, live in the worst part and rent the other side out.You need to start with some assets to have "financial freedom".
