I believe Buffalo has the potential to grow into the next largest city in the north east region aside from NYC.Buffalo offers incredible locally owned bars and restaurants, eager developers, the Niagara river, our sports teams and stadiums, our historic Elmwood Village and so much more.Having lived here for almost 8 years and seeing first hand then transformations we have mad as a city... we are only moving up from here.

There would seem to be some risk to consider that even if it is not restricted now, that the county could step in at some point and redefine the rule, specifically ruling out "hosted" STVRs.My agent does a lot of business in Waikoloa -- both the village and the resort area.
