If it was due to a natural disaster they cannot raise your rates.

Rates will at some point allow you to refinance.  

With today's high interest rates, it usually doesn't make sense.

Especially in a high interest rate environment where cash flows on long term rentals are muted and there is significant capital required to purchase and list on airbnb.I live near NYC but would invest out of state in an airbnb / landlord friendly state.

I didn't know there was a different type of insurance that I needed.I had bought the home with a standard mortgage and standard insurance and then I decided later that I would flip it.

Yes, the lender was Premium Mortgage.

Not a realtor, not a mortgage broker, not selling any mentorships (my protégés do not pay but are a very limited group).  

But, there is no coaching or mentorship fee, simply analyzing every property simultaneously and ranking by cap rate.
