I just got off the phone with the victim of a scam on people looking for rent to own houses.Basically, this lady had started some 7 day trial with a company for finding rent to own homes.

A more productive way I have found through trial and error with the 2 other businesses I run, is via newspaper ads (electronic or paper), and facebook ads.  

We live in Southern California, so there is no "buy a 35K house" for us and learn by trial and error.  

Finally, running an ozone machine may help remove any final odors.Because cats consume a high protein diet (causing a very concentrated urea in their urine) it's typically one of the most difficult odors to remove.Gail
