I don't know if you were dealing with Sean Richway over there, but they're always been something about them that has made me keep at arms distance, even though they tout their fix/flip programs.They don't let you appeal on the appraisal value??

@Brandon Turner  I read your blog ( really never read any yours is the first)  and you quote out of the statutory citations the definitions which clearly spell out that most if not all of what is taught touted and in practice done with RE  " wholesaling " requires a license or the investor to purchase the property once purchased then they can resell..
