I am new to the idea of investing and have been looking into the possibility of purchasing land in Joshua Tree near the entrance to the park, not too far off from Coachella.

If it’s on a slab, duct scopes can reveal blockage, disconnects, decay, and is a great idea.Scoping a sewer line is a great idea if there are a lot of trees on the property, people drive or park where the line runs, or the house is very old.

It's one thing if you liked the mother as a good tenant and she came up with a replacement, but again, not my cup of tea.

But you do your best to read the tea leaves.

I believe this is where having a holding company 'at the top of your tree of companies' is useful.
