Do you actually have a radio tower onsite or just a satellite dish/internet connection?

This is a pass through cost to guests, with a small upcharge to cover toiletries, dish soap, paper towels, etc.My housekeeper invoices me at the end of each month and I cut her a check from my online banking system.

But, the Home Depot kitchen department recommended moving it to the same wall as the sink for easier access in washing dishes. 

You need to get contractors to bid the projects and the money gets dished out as you finish projects.

No dish washers.

If I was your tenant I surely wouldn't let you come in, move all my dishes and plates out of the counters, disrupt my life, so you can rehab it.

This is not to check if the tenant has washed the dishes but to keep an eye on the general condition of the property.  

I assure you, the "Sandwich" is very tasty :)

I think providing also small individual offices and meeting rooms, mail and package room, snack/ small dish options will also be a revenue driver.

I have not asked for compensation, I have boiled water for dishes and baths.
