I'm graduating High School in a month and I want to get straight into Real Estate, I'm 17 so until I'm 18 I'm unable to get my real estate license (though its not needed in the state of FL for assigning contracts) and I don't have an LLC that would allow me to sign REI documents. 

She supported me through school, and now that I'm stable in my career, I want to return the favor by helping her build a retirement nest egg.Her financial situation isn't ideal, with maybe only about $40K to her name and no significant assets.

Gen Z may be leading a revival in the trades. 1) In an aging population, the median age of electricians, mechanics, and plumbers is falling. 2) Vocational school enrollment is growing faster than at 4-year colleges.More young folks are considering the trades as a career.

@Angela Levy This is a pretty delicate question for which you should contact a local attorney who specializes in tax deeds.If the property is vacant, there is a school of thought that says you can take limited actions to secure the property (like boarding it up, removing a fallen tree, or mowing the lawn). 

If we could land somewhere that we cant afford imagine things like changing kids schools, moving expenses, transportation issues and a thousand other things.
