Anyone can get high blood lead levels, the law only specifies under 6 because it affects the developing brain more severely then a it affects a fully developed brain.

I had a break-in when the property was vacant, partying and blood on the floor (use your imagination), and once we did get it filled, the tenant abandoned the property mid-lease with no notice (and didn't pay full months' rent prior to abandonment).
