Not familiar with Dayton, but you might be able to shave a bit off prop mgmt. 

If you don't want to go that route you can likely buy some exterior poison bait stations an shave a handyman place them around the property.

You might shave 4-5 days off a 3-3.5 week project.

Looking back there are a few months we could have shaved off, but not a ton.  

Not that I made any decent money when I got out, either, but I went to college and ended up with a doctorate, a good public service career, a nice grove of rental properties and the ability to grow my beard out any time I didn't feel like shaving.

If you've got to pick a yellow for a kitchen... or a laundry room or darker hallway-space  then my favorite yellows are Montgomery White, Philadelphia Cream,  Monterrey White, and Hepplewhite ivory.
