How do you come to terms on payment amount and incentive them to get the projects done quicker and cheaper?

Anyway, my thought is those who can afford to travel will start as soon as things get under control (imagine Disney with short lines) and hopefully that will push us quicker to "normality."

The quicker you complete the rehab the more you will make.  

If you reduce this fee than you will save more money monthly and recoup your funds quicker.
