There was no silver bullet and it involved a lot of graft, hustling, networking, original content creation, online advertising, referral chasing, excellent customer service and much more besides. 

So a creation of the entity in the Spring, would get a free ride until the new year. 

This will serve to bypass marketplace intermediaries in the crowdfunding space who we feel are adding little value to the wealth creation process and arming investors with the tools they need to grow and manage their business.

There are some tools available to you where you can bring a certain level of automation to that rental management process (ie. automatically syndicating a single listing to 10+ major listing sites, thorough tenant screening with full background checks, digital lease creation, automated online rent collection, and maintenance tracking). 

(I'm talking long-term wealth creation here, not just looking at this from the rental income angle)
