I love the Prosperity Church & Davis Lake areas. 

I even now have an account with Prosper just to see how that works and if I can make anything with that.

I need this business to grow and prosper and for that reason I will take the tortoise's approach to this. 

Although I will be diversified, I keep coming back to real estate as a great long term investment strategy, and fastest way to "cash flow" what I currently earn now.Most of what I have read on here (not all) tends to be from the people looking to solve immediate financial shortfall in life, rather than looking to expand on an already prosperous financial future (i.e.

I'm currently in the stages of continuing to build up my buyers list but still need that extra push of getting me over the hump of getting my first deal done and with a mentor to receive great knowledge from I believe we can both prosper.

I have no experience yet in construction from scratch but i'm watching closely what others do these days and have found several prosperous niche markets may i ask you more details about your project?

In the mean time I am eager to meet new faces and build new relationships to help prosper and help others learn as I go along as well.

You can make a business out of it and prosper.
