Either actual examples or profiles (neighborhood/#beds/general condition/access to amenities/etc) would be great.

@Kyle Shook- Checking your profile, I would suggest to spend more time on training and education.

Take this anecdotal evidence from a guy who hides his last name and has a cat as a profile pic and run with it.Good luck!

I made some changes to my profile based off of recommendations on this post.

You have to figure out what investment profile works for your situation. $100 monthly profit per door doesn't allow much room for things to go wrong, and they do.

Just a suggestion, you should put a profile pic up on your BP profile, it helps build your credibility.

As some have already mentioned earlier in this thread- if they have a listing and a user wants more info and the user doesn't click on the listing agent's profile, that lead would have been sent to me (a "premier agent").

nothing kills a deal like running out of money and ending up with an unfinished rehab.Tip - People will be more inclined to help if you had a profile picture.Hope this helps.Jeff V
