The market has been flat for an extended period of time (10+ years).There are attractive pockets which are generally the higher priced areas like Munich etc.Hope this helps

Everyone knows the 3% or 4% balance transfer fee, but compare the fee to the interest you will pay over the same period with a traditional loan.If you have $10k in debt at an 8% interest rate with a traditional loan versus $10k of credit card debt with a 4% fee and keep both for a year (making minimal payments), you will pay less interest with the credit card.

This raised some doubt and we communicated to our agent that we are not satisfied but she kept insisting “there’s nothing you can do” and “you went non contingent” Then later she sent an email saying we passed the 17 day inspection period which we didn’t know about.

It would be foolish that any syndication would not assume worst case scenario of rents coming in and be able to cover their debt for a fairly long period.
