Federal Reserve to pause interest rate hikes or even cut rates to relieve stress on banks.

Many have paused in sticker shock after rates hit 7%, but we see them coming back already. 

While not the reason why I do this, I’m sure it at least gives some pause for thought before some folks break up and bail on a lease arrangement.  

I was looking at building a spec home 3/2 on a piece of land south of the Caloosahatchee River a block off the river, but have paused that route at the moment for another deal.

I decided to put it on pause due to the interest rate situation - the 2-bedroom apartment we have lined up in Cornoa we are looking at $2600 for everything (utilities, parking, etc) - any brainstorming on another way to reduce our monthly living expense - or approach living net positive?

As far as systems go I'm learning more about landing off-market deals with buyers.What I'm afraid of is when the downturn gets worse the government will once again pause evictions and/or will implement some bonehead anti-business agenda that unfairly harms landlords. 

You wouldn't use the reserve.Equity buffer just means I didn't start buying houses in this manner before having a couple of $M to my name to ensure I have the capacity to keep my investors safe.Purchasing is currently paused.

You should probably pause and study up on rehab, wholesaling, and contracts.

That right there may give you pause and make you think twice.
