If not, do you materially participate in the syndication or are you simply a limited partner?

If not, I would probably look at selling now or finding an equity partner to bring some cash into the deal to get it across the finish line.

If my partner was willing to move I would rinse and repeat every 12-15 months with low down payment loans.

It's not unreasonable to want an agent who's proactive and truly has your back.An investor-friendly agent should be more than a door opener..they should be a strategic partner.

Hi All -I would still consider myself a bit of a rookie, but I have been investing now for about 3 years.I currently own an 11 unit RV Park in which I own all of the units and rent them out.I have successfully completed a BRRR in Alabama with $4K left in the deal, and I am in the process of completing my first two SFH Fix & Flips in Detroit, Michigan.I am looking to build out a potential buyers list, JV partners, and just network in general with like-minded people.

> one is - should you do this BRRRR or not. the other is - should you invest your mom's 401k money into it.My mom was already planning on moving this to a rental somehow anyways, so that wasn't really a question we had, as it isn't really "my decision", more of how this deal looks if we were partnering on it.
