How do you handle disputes over common area use, stealing food from each other, taking out trash, someone that monopolizes the space, etc.?

I am 22 and fresh out of college working a sales position for a food company.

I thought this issue was resolved it is not resolved now I had to have a wall rebuilt that was ate up with mold luckily I have caught the water early this time and cut the drywall back so the only mold food is the bottom wood beam. 

I would go one step further and point out that the food they eat leads to most of their medical problems.

Some food for thought, most successful wholesalers find deals direct from sellers where agents are not involved, most of them do some type of consistent marketing, to find deal leads and most have buyers lists of approved all cash buyers to take them down.

A key and feasible amenity that seems to be missing from older properties are package lockers.There are a host of vendors out there and Amazon even has their own proprietary system. 

Is there food and beverage offered? 

At this point, we want to move out the tenant and providing generous move out package - one month hotel stay, one month rent back, hold fee for next apartment etc, but the tenant is not -cooperating and also blackmailing us based on situation.

But if i am looking a property for a housing track they will give me for free a developers package which is a huge 3 ring binder with all sorts of data  from demographics utlities zoning and if I request a full title search.. this all for free.. with the expectation if i buy that development they are going to get 10 to 50 million in title policies.. from my retail buyers.
