I know on my new builds that are 700 to 1 mil I get 10 to 20k and normally its just held in escrow. it is non refundable once we start putting in custom colors etc.

My hubby just got a job, and so our 1 car is in use every day.

If buying rent-ready properties is the route I take normally how many properties in the portfolio would be best to really generate cash flow? 

They can handle basic transactions but normally lack the skill and experience to tackle complex transactions.The MN first-gen loan origination fee and interest rate is set by the state of Minnesota and cannot be changed by a lender.

-The insurance market could change by denying/reducing coverage to addicts, putting this clinic out of business.The way I see it is even if the clinic shuts down and they break their lease, I could always rent it at market rate to a normal family, or I could just sell the property.  

S8 is good because you are "guaranteed" getting your rent every month, they are held to standards that normal tenants aren't, you can get way higher rent, and more.

Is that normal?  

I’ll be moving to Fairfield county and commuting to my day job in NYC.From central ct originally so would like to be closer to home..a garage and car would also be nice ;)

Yesterday I went to the home to see the condition, there was no car on the driveway… I opened the main door to peep inside…looks like they still have lot of their stuff inside and I can smell bad odor; I just closed the door and returned back.

Here in the Pacific Northwest any exterior (stairs) wood  rots quickly, so I choose to put my stairways inside.  1000sf for cars, 1000 sf on top, three rooms and full bath.
