Dallas has similar rents to Fort Worth, but prices are much much higher, resulting in a lower cashflow.

I find myself in a similar situation.

Based on similar lots, it should have gone anywhere from not purchased to 3-9k.

Thank you yes that make sense, inclining towards using a combination of free sites and select one paid site like FF, in fact I am looking similar to you for 3 months minimum stay and yes, rooms are furnished.

I would imagine putting language in the rules about tampering or removal is a fine similar to how hotels do.
