It depends on the growth patterns and when the timing is right for that parcel.

If you can get it to the point where it at least covers costs, then you can just sit in a holding pattern until it's paid down enough to sell.

Are you going to have high-end finishings like granite countertops, marble tile, hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, 9' walls, etc.
