No foot wide holes in the kitchen floor (one place I looked at), not gutted to studs, appliances in place, etc.

@Mark Ainley I had this for a fence that was existing prior to me buying the property but mine was a 7 foot fence (actually 6 feet with 1 foot of an add on lattice thing) and I got a permit violation. 

This means there would be a total of 5 kids, 2 adults, and 2 pets in a 1000 square foot home. 

Hey I’m from the Bay Area and I’m wondering how to get started in the wholesaling Business I know San Francisco’s probably not the best place to start but I’m was thinking of trying it thru out the Bay Area like Stockton etc any ideas for me just to put my foot in the door??

The more open space (square footage), the cheaper the per-square-foot cost.

As opposed to people who buy a rehab and have to rush since every minute is costing them money....If course, this exposes to long term risk since nobody knows what happens in March 2019 (may prices could level off or come down) but at least you have your foot in the door.
