So back east this is quite popular in non appreciating states.. where the owners want to off load the burden of tax's insurance and maintenance on the property to the buyer.. there have been abuses on this model so there has been some new legislation mainly making sure your buyer has the ability to carry through Dodd Frank rules apply etc.

The new legislation allows landlords or utility companies to apply for the funds directly from cities and states, rather than giving the money directly to renters.

It is my understanding that the big “enterprise” lenders have a moratorium on foreclosures and there is no new legislation affecting me or altering my rights to foreclose.

I either need the unit back so I can rent it to someone else, or I the tenants need cash to pay their rents.The moratorium has simply set up a massive forfeiture of assets by the US Government without due process or legislation.
