The agent met me at the property late and was a little unprofessional but hey it's a potential deal.

I signed up for the workshop also, but it's too late the cancel (3 business day window policy to cancel).

It is one of the markets I have been checking out lately to see if any winners come to my deal desk. 

You don’t want tenant paying the HOA directly because you’d still get charged as the owner if they don’t pay or pay late, so best to handle the HOA payments, yourself.

All my leases are written to expire late spring or in summer. 

They say they feel unsafe because they think someone else is living there and the other tenant leaves late night about 3am climbs over the fence and gets into a car and comes back before sun cimes up.

I’m late to this party but. 

If I place a super-complainer, or someone that frequently pays late, that cuts into my very thin margins and is my problem...and I don't want folks like that.

I'm seeing some good potential Section 8 properties on the MLS lately in the Cleveland market, it really just depends on what your price point is and the types of neighborhoods you're targeting, but I've definitely been seeing some good ones on the MLS over the last few weeks.
