Has anyone ever worked with these banks?

Obviously a generality but the only ones I have ever had were inherited and ultimately ended up have to evict ever one.

I’m done with dead beats who give me lame excuses all the time why they don’t have rent or have ever had any emergency money to covered the unexpected things that we all encounter every month.  

In the ever-evolving world of real estate, I’m here to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.

I don’t see any problem with this as if you ever read the book blue ocean strategy - this is our strategy.
