My question is to people who has flipped houses or know how it works, assuiming I get a house that needs some work in order to make money and resell i have to renovate it nicely but I dont have any skills nor knowledge how to do remodel and I would have to get contractors to do it for me and they are not cheap at that point i would get contractors to do everything and will i make any profit after selling the hosue? 

It states that it is not intended to instruct but rather to dictate the rules to a knowledgeable person. 

It'd make little sense for me to share my metrics given that they vary, don't constitute a statistically representative sample and also my knowledge and relationships allow me to get deals that you might not be able to get/find.Hope this is helpful.

Read books and listen to podcasts to supplement your knowledge and to use for better questions, more detailed, and then when you pair that with meetups and your motivation, you are on a great trajectory.

I agree with Scott assuming it’s a traditional purchase where the goal is long term ownership and the knowledge base isn’t creative financing. 

I'm curious how you balance being thorough with moving quickly, especially in time-sensitive deals.

Other than that, just keep networking here with other investors as that will help you grow your knowledge and narrow down areas of interest for investing.John
