Our downstairs needed immediate work upon purchasing, which took money and time- mainly to add insulation to the walls and creating a full bath.

But seeing you will be running it in a house through walls and a ceiling that will be insulated I would use a 10 gauge low voltage landscape wire.  

We do finish work, we are also particular.We hire out rough electrical and rough plumbing, roofers and framing (if we're adding on), insulation, replacing/hanging exterior doors, replacing windows (though we stain and finish any windows/doors before our contractor installs them)We do this all on weekends or days we take off from work.

page=1My assumptions are that the walls and ceiling would need to be insulated, all electrical would need to be inside the walls, and the finished height of the ceiling would have to be 7' or higher.

However, from what I understand, a land trust in and of itself offers no legal protection/insulation of our other personal assets.
