I use my iPhone/iPad pretty much non stop.

@Alexander Canha I used to use Cozy on my Iphone, and it was pretty seamless.

Are you posting from your iPhone (perhaps by speaking to it)?  

I am using my Apple account for BP and a Mac OS but I also log in on a PC Windows 7 OS machine as well and my iPhone 5S.

Using the notes app on the iPhone I have processes and equipment lists and my own form of an SOP.

@Omar Sanchez I look at Zillow/trulia listing because the app looks good on an iPhone.  

Is it worth the extra money for the infrared/thermal, or are they charging me for something I can do on my iPhone?

Another vote for iPhone with otter box case.
