I'm probably overthinking this but I'm trained as an engineer so there is precedent for this kind of behavior.I've read a bunch of descriptions of private money lending and I want to make sure I understand the details of the jargon used in these descriptions.

Or should I just expand my search our geographically until I find similar properties?

You are going to have to be much more descriptive.

With IB being so geographically isolated I question the room for employment growth that will bring opportunities to the area that would facilitate the change into a trendier beach town.

Geographically, I am primarily interested in the Columbus, Ohio area but also have an interest in Rochester, NY and Raleigh-Durham, NC as I have family ties as well as experience living in all of the above locations.

Hi Jordan, I'm no authority, but we do own a couple of MH's and by the description you give, the pipe may very well be a vent stack and rain water emptying should go to sewer or septic.

Not very many buildings fit that description in Aiea.
