Hey :)New young investor, trying to buy my first rental, the game plan is a Section 8 rental in DFW.How can I check the demand for section 8 housing in a specific zip code?

We do Urgent cares all over the county and get pitched med office spaces all the time, and none fit our profile for visibility, for our use at least, only because we follow a more "retail" modeled approach to site selection, given the business type.  

He abandoned it during his demon years so his best friend took it over and added a couple more people before it desolved due to all going off to college.In college he had a side hustle of finding things on free sites, putting them up for sale, selling the free item and offering to transport it for a modest fee.  

I have won on all of those sites for clients, but your time will be better spent somewhere else.

If EVs ever start coming with bidirectional charging that will be a massive game changer in the electricity market. 

I always research companies first before doing business, but that comes from my training and working on security issues, especially after having my sites hacked. 

Being novices in the game we do not have the legal or business background to know where to begin on accepting funds.

We used ALE relocation services and they were great, you can register on their site when you have a vacancy and they will let you know if they need you but it is somewhat based on luck if they need you.  

I am looking forward to exploring these sites and getting my reps in analyzing them.
