That said, it's fairly easy to get an agent to help you out e.g. auto search, showings if you're going to be a high frequency buyer (full disclosure, I'm an investor-friendly agent so I do this for investors all of the time).

My understanding is that the response rate is abysmal on the first mailing but the contact rate will increase with the frequency of mailings. 

The LLC is going to be more time and cost effective in many portfolios that involve multiple assets, reasonably high account value, or frequency of transactions.  

I know the primary key to success with direct mail is persistence, but just out of curiosity, does anyone find there is a "better time" for it?  Maybe you get more calls when you drop your mail on Monday, than you do ...

Seeing the frequency mapped out on your list is great because it essentially prioritizes the book according to how broad their influence has been on real estate investors!

Come hang out with my 2 year old daughter when I'm guilty of giving her treats and sugar in excessive frequency and we will both be reminded of why it's better to just be healthy :) 

Finding reasonable ways to overcome your own laziness and excuses and then executing with frequency against the things you need to do.For example in my fitness instance, in the winter I use the excuse of "I hate treadmills" and "it's too cold I'm not running" so I bough a rogue echo bike and literally put it at the foot of my bed.
