So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Then screen tenants based on that criteria.

Only after they have been screened and seen the property in person can they apply.

I have taken listings for 4%, 5%, 6% and even a $1500 flat fee. 

If the reno is done correctly, and screening is also done correctly, it can me a money maker.
