Outside looking in, it seems like either the facts you have been presented with are somewhere between moderately and extremely exaggerated OR there are variables not being presented that are extreme.

I just believe that some of the trades labor prices have gotten exaggerated and over inflated.All I was trying to say was that if the general public was allowed to pull there own permits and do repairs, the cost of the repairs would be less.

I've only watched a few of these shows, but that's totally the formula.Here's a thought: maybe the exaggerated drama scares a lot of people out of getting into the business, meaning there's more for the rest of us!
