Is this statement just an exaggeration to create a sense of urgent need for her services, or, is there really some substance behind the comment that I am not seeing.

Outside looking in, it seems like either the facts you have been presented with are somewhere between moderately and extremely exaggerated OR there are variables not being presented that are extreme.  

It is an exaggeration to imply that a car wouldn't last even ten years.

But I'm not sure the revolution has taken hold yet.And I totally agree with you that the NAR greatly exaggerates the value of the Realtor as the vast majority are completely worthless. 

It's a little bit of an exaggeration, and I'm not talking about the stock market.  

For me his message has seriously resonated, and, without exaggeration - living by those tenets has not only changed my day to day life, it has change the trajectory and scale of my ultimate potential.I think in 10X now.  

Companies and realtors can sometimes exaggerate to secure a deal.

I just believe that some of the trades labor prices have gotten exaggerated and over inflated.All I was trying to say was that if the general public was allowed to pull there own permits and do repairs, the cost of the repairs would be less.

I think you just have to be careful that as you turn both dials that you are not exaggerating either one's affect.

I've only watched a few of these shows, but that's totally the formula.Here's a thought: maybe the exaggerated drama scares a lot of people out of getting into the business, meaning there's more for the rest of us!
