And yes, everyone with a house to sell (and lots without) are getting marketed to.With that said, though, I think a lot of people come in with a lot of enthusiasm and aren't willing to put in the time or the work. 

Seeing your enthusiasm for real estate investment and commitment to making smart financial decisions despite the challenging market landscape is wonderful.

We can make way more money doing our own deals.But if there is this much enthusiasm for a mentorship program let me give it a crack.
